Jack is a photographer who lives in Newbury, MA.  Raised in an old New England mill town, he has lived more than half his life in the Newburyport seacoast area.  His work is greatly influenced by both environments.  "I attempt to convey the beauty I see in things worn by time, use and neglect.  Additionally, I find the ocean and its environs to be a steady source of inspiration."

"As a largely self taught photographer, formally trained in painting, I see my images as having a painter's aesthetic.  They are about color, light, line and composition.  I strive for a pure image, stripped of what is not essential, yet retaining its own quiet beauty."
