I started working with glass when I wanted a piece for my own home.  I found I loved the light seeping through the glass and never tired of simply looking at the world though the myriad of glass colors and textures.  I began working with glass and creating my own designs in order to expand what I saw as the potential of stained glass to go beyond the standard designs.  I try to create pieces that speak to the various moods and chapters I have experienced in my own life, so you will find pieces that are expansive and light, dark and sulky, and whimsical and fancy free.  My hope is that they speak to others, too.
